Aesthetics: 5- A dark green bud with hints of purple that is literally frosted with trichomes and crystals. It is an incredibly dense nugg with brown stigmas interlaced throughout.

Smell: 4 -After a day of curing the Raspberry Kush exhibits a sweet and fruity smell that gives the strain its name. There is also an undertone of spiciness which which adds to the complexity of this amazing specimen.

Smoke/Taste: 5- This smoke will tickle the back of your throat and your lungs momentarily but after this discomfort(or pleasure to some of your other connoisseurs), it will open up your lungs as well as your brain to a world of stoney Eden.

Effects: 5- The Raspberry Kush experience is a couch-lock, relaxed, and lazy experience. A great smoke for an after-work kick back, or a night cap that will put you soundly to bed. Also, bring out your best munchies…because bland food will taste good  and good food will taste great!  Definitely one of the most potent strains I have ever smoked, although the high can be deemed somewhat brief.

**Raspberry Kush after 150+ days of curing: Most  experts and smokers can agree that curing is an essential process that improves the taste, potency, smell, and overall quality of ready-to-smoke marijuana. The usual curing time can range from 2 to 3 days to a few weeks in order for certain chemical processes to occur.   I went ahead and took this process a step further and attempted to cure my favorite strain for an extended amount of time i.e. 150 days. Akin to aging a prime piece of beef or a bottle of expensive wine, I reasoned that a longer curing period would result in an excellent product. And the results exceeded expectations:

Aesthetics:5 - one of the best looking buds I have ever seen. There are buds that weigh over 5 grams, with frosty tricomes all over the bud. There is also a slight hint of purple but a light brown frosty bud. From my memory before curing the bud was a frosty milky white but after a long cure the bud is more light brown but still full of beautiful tricomes.

Smell:4 -  The extended curing time has given the bud a more prominent spiciness to its aroma,  but a slight fruity sweetness still remains. This could hint at what’s to come- a tasty smoke with a helluva kick.

Smoke/taste:5  - If I could give this rating a 10, I would. But since the limit is 5, I will give this smoke a strong 5 rating.  The five month curing was definitely worth the wait!  This by far is the smoothest weed I have ever smoked. No burn and with all sweet smoke in the mouth.  Be advised this can be dangerous because you will take the biggest hit without even knowing it and then you will cough so much and with every cough you will get higher and higher. I blew out the thickest and milky smoke ever.

Effects: 5 - I’ve never been this high ever. It got me so twisted and felt like I was on cloud nine. Definitely a head and body high. But very intense therefore I would have to say I was very stupid. The high last for over 2 hours and when its over, there are no lingering affects or hangover. And I gave me a great night sleep so great for chronic insomnia.

Overall ranking: 5+.  I would stack this bud up to the best strains in the world. I must apologize to our customers/patients that this stash is not for sale. However, if I like you, then I would be most happy to share a bowl with you…
